Paneer Paratha Recipe/ Vidhi in English

Paneer/ Cottage Cheese is very nutritious and tasty. We can easily make Paneer Paratha at home in simple steps. Children love Paneer so you can serve Paneer Paratha as a yummy and healthy breakfast or can take as a main course also. It can be Served with Hari Dhaniya Chutney or Hari Mirch ka Achaar, with Aloo Tamatar Sabzi or Sauce. Paneer Paratha recipe is available in Hindi (हिन्दी) and English both.

Ingredients of Paneer Paratha:-

  • Wheat Flour Kneaded– 250g
  • Paneer/ Cottage cheese – 100g
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves – 30g finely chopped
  • Green Chili – 1 piece finely chopped
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Oil – 100ml

How to prepare Paneer Paratha:-

  • Take Wheat Flour Dough.
  • Take Paneer and mash it well, now add finely chopped Coriander Leaves, Chili, Onion finely chopped and ½ teaspoon Salt and ½ teaspoon Pepper.
  • Mix it well, your mixture for filling is ready.

  • Now take a small ball of Dough and roll it with Rolling pin, now in middle keep the filling and close it with the sides.

  • Again make a ball and now softly press it with your palm and then roll it with rolling pin to a Chapati shape.

  • Take a Tawa on medium gas and put 1 Table Spoon oil on it with a Spatula and Grease it well, then put your raw Chapati on it.

  • Now do it upside down in small intervals when cooked from one side, put Oil on both sides, and when it is reddish brown in both sides take it out.
