Rabri Recipe Vidhi

Rabri, we crave for it and go to Halwai’s place to have it. It is so tempting and mouthwatering that we cannot resist temptation to eat it. You will be surprised to know that Rabri is so easy to prepare that you can make it every single day. So try it and enjoy. Rabri recipe is available in Hindi (हिंदी) and English both.

Ingredients of Rabri:-

  • Milk – 1 Lt 250 ml
  • Sugar – 70 gm
  • Almonds – 5 pieces cut
  • Cardamom – 4 pieces crushed

How to prepare Rabri:-

  • Take a kadahi on full gas and put all Milk in it.

Boiling Milk दूध उबलता हुआ

  • After one boil, simmer gas.
  • Mix in small intervals and let it boil for 50 minutes.
  • Scrape small cream chunks collected on the side of kadahi into Milk.

Milk after sometime दूध थोड़ी देर बाद

Milk after sometime दूध थोड़ी देर बाद

  • After 50 minutes, do full gas for 20 minutes.
  • Keep on mixing it in small intervals.
  • Now put Sugar in it.
  • Simmer gas for 2 minutes.

Rabri made रबड़ी बनी हुई

  • Close gas.
  • Put crushed Almonds and Cardamom in Rabri.

Rabri with Almonds and Cardamom रबड़ी में बादाम और इलायची पड़ी हुई

  • Put aside to cool.
  • Scrape small cream chunks collected on the side of kadahi into milk, this will make delicious small cream chunks in Rabri.
  • When cool Refrigerate it for 4 hours.
  • Your yummy Rabri is ready to serve.
