Suji ka Pua (Pue)/ Sweet Semolina Fritters Recipe

Ingrediets for Suji ka Pua (Pue) Sweet Semolina Fritters:-

  • Semolina – 250 gm
  • Curd – 250 gm
  • Fennel seed – 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 90 gm
  • Oil – half kadahi full for frying

How to prepare Suji ka Pua (Pue) Sweet Semolina Fritters:-

  • Take semolina, curd, fennel seed and sugar, mix it well.

    सूजी व् दही suji/ semolina and curd

सौंफ मिलाये put fennel seed

चीनी मिलाये add sugar

  • Keep it aside for half an hour.
  • Mix it well.

पुए का घोल Pua mixture

  • Keep kadahi on high flame and put oil in it and let it heat.
  • Now take a teaspoon and fill it with the mixture and slowly pour it in the oil.

तेल में डालें put in oil

  • Like this put 7-8 pue in oil.
  • After 30 seconds do it upside down.

पलटिये do upside down

  • Repeat this process till it is golden in colour.
  • Now take a plate, put napkin on it and take out pue in it, excess oil will be soaked by napkin.

प्लेट में निकालें put on plate

  • Repeat the process for left mixture.
  • Serve it hot, you can also eat it cold, it is tasty in both ways.
  • You can also store it for 2-3 days.
