Almonds/ Badam is very nutritious and tasty. We want our kids to take them maximum. So you can prepare Badam ka Halwa, it is great in taste, kids like it and is full of health. Very easy to make and you can store it in fridge also. Badam ka Halwa is available in Hindi (हिंदी) and English both.
Ingredients of Badam Ka Halwa:-
- Milk – 400 ml, to grind Almonds
- Almonds – 350 gm
- Cardamom – 5 pieces grinded
- Pure Ghee – 120 gm
- Sugar – 200 gm
- Kesar – 1/4 teaspoon
- Milk – 200 ml, when Almonds are roasted
How to prepare Badam Ka Halwa:-
- Soak Almonds overnight and peel it off in morning.
- Take peeled almonds and milk in mixer jar to grind.
- Now take a wok/ kadahi on high flame and put pure ghee in it.
- Add grinded Almonds and add Kesar to it.
- Now simmer gas and mix it well in small intervals (approx 2 minutes).
- Grind cardamom.
- When almonds are roasted.
- Mix sugar and milk to it.
- Mix it well.
- Leave it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- When sugar gets dissolved, close gas.
- Add Cardamom.
- Your tasty Badam ka Halwa is ready to serve.
- Serve hot.
