In today’s world we love to have western food. Our kids are more keen to have Italian or Chinese. So I have tried to give them more nutritious and delicious Red Sauce Pasta at home. You can serve Red Sauce Pasta in lunch or dinner or as a snack also. Red Sauce Pasta recipe is available in Hindi (हिंदी) and English.
Ingredients of Red Sauce Pasta:-
- Macaroni Shape – 150g
- Spiral Shape Pasta – 150g
- Elbow Shape Pasta – 150g
- French beans – 90g finely chopped
- Onion – 1 finely chopped
- Tomato – 1 finely chopped
- Carrot – 1 piece finely chopped
- Cucumber – 1 piece finely chopped
- Broccoli – 140g finely chopped
- Cherry tomato – 50g finely chopped
- Mushrooms – 50g finely chopped
- Fun food honey mustard salad dressing – 2 tablespoon
- Fun food 1000 Island salad dressing – 2 table spoon
- Remia Mayonnaise – 2 table spoon
- Remia Caeser salad dressing – 2 tablespoon
- Maggi Tomato Ketchup – 2 table spoon
- Salt – 2 teaspoon
- Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Easy life mixed herbs – 2.5 teaspoon
- Easy life oregano – 2.5 teaspoon
- Oil – 200ml
How to prepare Red Sauce Pasta:-
- Take a big Bhagona (भगोना and fill with water, add 1 teaspoon Salt in it and 1 teaspoon Oil on medium gas.
- After one boil, add all Pasta in it and leave for 10 minutes.
- Check it, if it is soft, strain them in a strainer/ if not then keep it for 5 more minutes, keep aside.
- Take a Kadahi/ Wok and put 4 tablespoon Oil in it on high gas.
- Put Onion in it and let it fry.
- When Onion is cooked and white in color, put all Vegetables in it , except Cucumber.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Salt and Pepper in it.
- Simmer gas, cover it with a lid.
- Mix it in small intervals.
- When Veg is cooked, add Cucumber and leave for 2 minutes, cover lid.
- Now add all Sauces in the Vegetables i.e Fun food and Remia and Maggi Tomato Ketchup.
- Mix well and add Mixed Herbs and Oregano and add boiled Pasta to it.
- Mix well and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Your tasty Red Pasta is ready.
- Serve it hot.
