Green Chutney Recipe

Green Chutney, that chatpati chutney we love to have with chat, pakoris is very easily made at your home. Here I have given 2 methods to prepare your chatpati green chutney, which will enhance your food flavor. One is with green coriander and another is with raw mango which will enhance your taste buds. These 2 chutneys are really mouth watering and easily made, so do try it. Green Chutney Recipe is available in Hindi (हिंदी) and English both.

Method 1 Green chutney with Coriander leaves:-

Ingredients of Green Chutney with Coriander leaves:-

  • Coriander leaves -50 grams
  • Green Chilly – 4-5 pieces
  • Lemon – 1 piece
  • Tomato – 2 pieces
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Seeds -1 teaspoon
  • Mixer grinder

How to prepare Green Chutney with Coriander leaves:-

  • Take Coriander Leaves, Tomato and Green Chilli, wash them thoroughly and cut them and put it in a mixer.

  • Put Cumin Seeds and Salt in it with 2 table spoon Water.
  • Squeeze Lemon in it.
  • Churn it till it becomes paste.
  • Now take it in a bowl and refrigerate it.
  • This Chutney can be used for 3-4 days if kept inside refrigerator.
  • Your tasty Green chutney is ready to serve.

Method 2 Green chutney with Raw Mango:-

Ingredients for Green chutney with Raw Mango:-

  • Coriander leaves – 50 grams
  • Fresh Mint leaves – 5 grams
  • Raw Mango – 1 chopped
  • Green Chilly – 4-5 pieces
  • Lemon – 1 piece
  • Tomato – 1 piece
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Seeds -1 teaspoon
  • Mixer grinder

How to prepare Green Chutney with 

Raw Mango:-

  • Take Coriander Leaves, Mint, Raw Mango, Tomato and Green Chilli, wash them thoroughly and cut them and put it in a mixer.
