Homemade Cream Recipe

Cream is very essential for sweet dish. Often we run shop to shop for it. We are unknown that Cream can be easily made in our own house, with Fresh Malai which is daily stored in our houses. This can be easily made Cream with very little effort and is far more tasty and healthy. So here I am giving easy method to make Cream.  Homemade Cream Recipe is available in Hindi (हिंदी) and English both.

Ingredients for Cream:-

There are 2 ways to make Cream in home-

First is from Fresh Cream

 Method to prepare Homemade Cream:-

  • First of all take Fresh Cream/ Malai in a bowl, mix it well with a spoon with soft hands to make it cream. Fresh Cream मलाई

  • This is how Homemade Cream is made from first method.
  • Note- As this cream is made from boiled milk, it can be used for 2 to 3 days.

Second method is from Raw Milk:-

  • You need 1 litre of milk.
  • Now do not boil it.
  • Keep it in a bhagona and refrigerate it.
  • Next day you will see a thick cream on it.
  • Take a spoon and remove the cream from milk.
  • This is Fresh Cream.
  • You can use it in Fruit Cream, Hot Coffee etc.
  • Note- As this Cream is from Raw Milk, it is vulnerable and gets rotten in one day, so if this cream is used, finish it in one day.
