Ingredients of Masala Papad:-
- Bikaneri Papad
- Plier
- Onion finely chopped
- Tomato finely chopped
- Coriander leaves finely chopped
- Salt
- Black Pepper
How to prepare Masala Papad:-
- Take a Bikaneri Papad.
- Keep on medium gas and hold Papad with a Plier.
- Fast, do it upside down directly on flame.
- When it is reddish from all sides it is ready.
- Now mix chopped onion, coriander and Tomato.
- Add Salt and Pepper in it.
- Mix it well.
- Take Papad, spread all ingredients on it.
- Your Masala Papad is ready to serve.
- You can also take South Indian Aaplam, fry it and spread masala on it.
- It also tastes very good.
