How to prepare Lassi:-
- Take a mixer jar and put Curd, Sugar and Ice Cubes in it.
- Churn it.
- Now open jar, and taste Lassi, if you feel Sugar low add accordingly and again churn it to mix it well.
- Pour it in a glass and put 1 teaspoon Fresh Cream into it.
- Serve it chilled.
