
Moong Dal Chila is a very tempting and nourishing food. You can easily make it and have it anytime. It can be a nice beginning of day as breakfast. It tastes best with Hari Dhaniya Chutney, Meethi Chutney or Sauce and with Aloo Tamatar Sabzi. Moong Dal Chila Recipe is available in Hindi (हिंदी) and English both.
Serves 4 Persons
Moong Dal Cheela Recipe Ingredients:-
- Split green Gram – 250g
- Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Red Chilly powder – ½ teaspoon
- Fresh green Coriander leaves – 2 strands finely chopped
- Oil – 4 table spoon
- Asafetida – 1/2 teaspoon
How To Prepare Moong Dal Cheela Recipe:-
- Soak Dal in water for 4 hours.
- Now strain water and put Dal in a mixer grinder.
- Put Cumin Seeds, Asafetida, Salt, Red Chilly Powder in it.
- Make a smooth paste.
- Now pour water accordingly to make paste for Chila.
- Take it out in a bowl and mix it with fresh coriander leaves.
- Now take a tawa on full gas wait till it is heated.
- With Flat Spatula put little oil and spread it for shallow frying.
- Put a little paste on it with a Ball Scoop and spread it evenly.
- Take Oil and put it at the corners , after 30 sec put little Oil on the top and turn it upside down.
- Now simmer gas and see when it is brownish reddish on both side.
- Take it on a serving plate.
- Your yummy Moong Dal Chila is ready to serve.
- You can enhance taste by serving it with Hari Dhaniya Chutney, Meethi Chutney or Sauce and with Aloo Tamatar Sabzi.
