Ingredients for Jelly Fruit Cream:-
- Fresh Cream – 500 gms
- Jelly – 1 packet Srawberry or Rasberry flavor
- Fruits – canned small box
- Sugar – 160 gm, grind it in powder form.
How to prepare Fruit Cream:-
- First of all take Fresh cream in a bowl.
- Mix it well with a spoon with soft hands to make it cream.
- Add powdered sugar in it.
- Mix it well.
- Take out canned fruits, put them into a strainer.
- Then mix it in cream.
- Your Fruit Cream is ready.
- Refrigerate it.
How to prepare Jelly:-
- First of all take a Jelly packet of any brand.
- Now take jelly mould, put a little oil for greesing so that Jelly will come out easily.
- Put Jelly powder in mould, pour hot water in it and mix well.
- keep it to cool.
- When cool, keep it in freezer, after half an hour take it out and refrigerate.
- Wait till it solidifies, your Jelly is ready to serve.
- Take a big plate and put Jelly in between.
- Put Cream around Jelly.
- Decorate Jelly with little cream and fruits as I have done it.
- Serve it cold.
- Your mouthwatering Jelly Fruit cream is ready to serve.
- Serve it in a glass, first put Jelly in it and then pour Cream on it.
- It will be beautifully served and yummy in taste.
