Ingredients of Spicy Baby Potatoes:-
- Baby Potatoes – ½ kg
- Cumin Seeds – 2 teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder – 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder – 2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder – 2 teaspoon
- Salt – 1.5 teaspoon
- Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
- Asafoetida – ½ teaspoon
- Fresh Green Coriander – 20g finely chopped
- Fresh Green Chili – 1 finely chopped
- Oil – 4 table spoon
How to prepare Spicy Baby Potatoes:-
- Take Baby Potatoes and wash them thoroughly, Do not peel its skin.
- Cut it into small pieces.
- Now take a kadahi on high gas, Put oil in it.
- Now when heated, put Asafoetida, Garam Masala, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder.
- Now mix it with a spatula and put all Potatoes in it.
- Now put Salt in it and mix it well.
- Simmer gas and cover it with a lid.
- Mix it with spatula in small intervals (approx 5 minutes).
- Now when Potatoes are soft, open lid and leave it on sim gas to roast.
- Mix it in small intervals and let it roast.
- When Potatoes shade is brownish then put Green Coriander and Green Chili on it and mix well.
- Now leave it for 2 minutes and then close gas.
- Your tasty Baby Potatoes are ready to serve.
- They are best suited with Pooris or Khasta kachoris.
