French beans sabzi recipe/ Vidhi

French beans sabzi is very nutritious and full of taste. You can make it in different manner and can put in many veg as taste enhancer. Here I have given a simple recipe to have its flavour and is healthy as made with little oil. It can be served with Pooris, Parathas etc, is best suited with North Indian Thali. French Beans Sabji Recipe is available in Hindi (हिंदी) and English both.

Ingredients of French beans sabzi:-

  • French beans – 500g finely chopped
  • Onion – 1 medium size finely chopped
  • Oil – 1 table spoon
  • Asafetida – ½ teaspoon
  • Cumin Seed – 1 teaspoon
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – ½ teaspoon

How to prepare French beans sabzi:-

  • Take beans and wash them thoroughly, Cut it in small pieces.

  • Take a Kadahi on high gas, put Oil in it, when heated first put Asafetida, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder and Coriander Powder, put all Beans in it and add Salt, mix it well with spatula.

  • Now cover it with lid, simmer gas.
  • Mix it in small intervals.
  • When Beans is soft and cooked open the lid.
  • Now leave it on sim gas.
  • Mix it in small intervals.
  • When Beans are brownish close gas.
  • Your Beans is ready to serve.
  • Best with North Indian Thali.
