Turmeric is a very familiar name we all know and it is a prominent spice in our kitchen. Turmeric may be most effective nutritional supplement in existence as it has Bioactive compounds, natural anti inflammatory compound as it has curcumin in it, is antioxidant. Turmeric For Beauty:-

  1. Mix Turmeric with raw milk and apply on face, wash it after 15 minutes. It gives fair complexion.
  2. Apply paste of Turmeric and Sandal, it removes pimples and removes spots.
  3. Drinking milk with little Turmeric reduces fat.
  4. Remove unwanted hairs from your body, take Turmeric and mix coconut oil in it and lukeworm it and apply on your face and body, you will see difference in few days.
  5. Turmeric removes tanning, mix Turmeric in Milk, apply on face this will remove tanning and will give glow.
  6. To remove wrinkles, take wheat flour, Tomato juice and Turmeric and make a paste, apply it on your face and when dry wash it.
  7. Make ubtan of wheat flour, mustard oil and Turmeric, mix it and apply on your body and face, you will see the glow. This ubtan is also used to remove Holi colors.

Turmeric For Teeth:-

  1. If teeth are yellowish in color, mix Sendha Namak, Mustard Oil and Turmeric, apply on your teeth you will see the difference.
  2. If teeth is paining, mix Turmeric with  Mustard oil and Salt and apply, you will get relief from pain.

Turmeric for Health:-

  1. We find Curcumin chemical in Turmeric which is antioxidant,  fights with cells that give birth to cancer, it delays ageing and has benefits against depression.
  2. If you have pain or got hurt, mix Turmeric in hot Milk and drink. It strengthens your Bones and prevents from bone problems.
  3. During mensuration cycle, ladies have stomach ache, for that take luke worm water and mix a pinch of Turmeric. It gives relief from pain.
  4. If you have cold, mix Honey, Turmeric and Black Pepper and have it.
  5. Intake of Turmeric keeps Digestive system healthy and prevents problems like gas and acidity.
  6. It helps to detox your body, in the morning take luke worm water mix it with Turmeric, Honey and Lemon, drink it. This will help to take toxic out and helps in slimming.
