Fried Moongfali Peanut Recipe

Fried Moongfali Peanut Recipe Ingredients:-

  • Raw Peanuts – 200gm
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Chat Masala – 1 teaspoon
  • Oil -400 ml

How to prepare Fried Moongfali Peanut Recipe:-

  • Take a wok/ Kadahi and put on medium gas.
  • Put Oil in it.
  • Let it heat.
  • Now put one Raw Peanut in Oil to check if it is hot, if Peanut starts frying, then put all Peanut in it.

  • Take a plate and put a tissue on it, so that it soaks extra Oil.
  • Take a Perforated Spoon and start mixing Peanut in Oil.
  • After 5-6 minutes, You will see color of Peanut is changed, take it out when it is golden brown in color.

  • Take it out in a plate and put aside to cool.

  • Now sprinkle Salt, Pepper and Chat Masala on it.
  • Mix it well.
  • After 1/2 an hour, your Peanuts are cold and ready to eat, you can also store it in air tight jar.
