Fried Moongfali Peanut Recipe Ingredients:-
- Raw Peanuts – 200gm
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Chat Masala – 1 teaspoon
- Oil -400 ml
How to prepare Fried Moongfali Peanut Recipe:-
- Take a wok/ Kadahi and put on medium gas.
- Put Oil in it.
- Let it heat.
- Now put one Raw Peanut in Oil to check if it is hot, if Peanut starts frying, then put all Peanut in it.
- Take a plate and put a tissue on it, so that it soaks extra Oil.
- Take a Perforated Spoon and start mixing Peanut in Oil.
- After 5-6 minutes, You will see color of Peanut is changed, take it out when it is golden brown in color.
- Take it out in a plate and put aside to cool.
- Now sprinkle Salt, Pepper and Chat Masala on it.
- Mix it well.
- After 1/2 an hour, your Peanuts are cold and ready to eat, you can also store it in air tight jar.
