Ingredients for Seviyan ki Kheer Vermicelli Kheer:-
- Milk – 1 Lt
- Roasted Vermicelli/ Seviyan -70 gm
- Sugar – 100 gm
- Almonds – 5-6 pieces
- Raisins – 10- 12 pieces
- Cardamom – 5-6 finely crushed
- Pure Ghee – tip of teaspoon
- Clove – 1 piece
How to prepare Seviyan ki Kheer Vermicelli Kheer:-
- Take a Kadahi on full gas and put Milk and Seviyan in it and add Clove to it, let it boil.
- After one boil, simmer gas and let it boil till Milk is little thick.
- When milk is thick put Sugar in it, and take out Clove and throw it.
- Hot Tip:- Clove gives a magical flavor to your Seviyan Kheer that will be appreciated and will be your secret.
- Now wait for 2 minutes and then close gas.
- Now Put all dry fruits and Pure Ghee in it.
- Your tasty Seviyan ki Kheer is ready, cool it and refrigerate it, when cold serve it.
