Seviyan ki Kheer Vermicelli Kheer

Ingredients for Seviyan ki Kheer Vermicelli Kheer:-

  • Milk – 1 Lt
  • Roasted Vermicelli/  Seviyan -70 gm
  • Sugar – 100 gm
  • Almonds – 5-6 pieces
  • Raisins – 10- 12 pieces
  • Cardamom – 5-6 finely crushed
  • Pure Ghee – tip of teaspoon
  • Clove – 1 piece

How to prepare Seviyan ki Kheer Vermicelli Kheer:-

  • Take a Kadahi on full gas and put Milk and Seviyan in it and add Clove to it, let it boil.
  • After one boil, simmer gas and let it boil till Milk is little thick.

  • When milk is thick put Sugar in it, and take out Clove and throw it.
  • Hot Tip:- Clove gives a magical flavor to your Seviyan Kheer that will be appreciated and will be your secret.
  • Now wait for 2 minutes and then close gas.
  • Now Put all dry fruits and Pure Ghee in it.
