Serves 6 persons
Ingredients of Sooji ka Halwa:-
- Semolina – 100gm
- Pure Ghee – 100 gm
- Sugar – 120gm
- Water – 250 ml
- Almonds – 4 pieces, cut into small pieces
- Cashew-nuts – 4 pieces cut into small pieces
- Cardamom – 5 pieces crushed
- Grated dry coconut
- Raisins – 7-8 pieces

How to prepare Sooji ka Halwa:-
- Take a Kadahi/wok, put on medium gas.
- Now pour Pure Ghee in it and then Sooji.

- Now mix it well with a Spatula and do it till it is roasted.

- After Sooji is roasted, put water and all Sugar in it, and mix well.

चीनी मिलाएं add sugar
- Now put Raisins in it.

किशमिस डालें add raisins
- Simmer gas.
- Cover it with a lid.

- leave it for 5 minutes, now close gas.
- Open the lid.

सूजी का हलवा तैयार suji halwa made
- Add Almonds, Cashew Nuts, dry coconut in it.
- Now sprinkle Cardamom in it.

- Mix it well.
